Page Options card is used to set basic page configurations like Show on Experience Page, page Template, Show 'Learn more' section, etc.
Yet, the thing is that each of the Stop Detail pages Templates (Standard, Full Width, Full Media, and Lamp Game) has its own Page Options settings.
